West Cascade Native Mixes

This new series of mixes were put together from wildland collections in the Willamette Valley and Forestlands of Western Oregon. They capture the true natives, forbs and grasses that were here prior to the early settlements and wagon trails. Most seeds found in these mixes can be found from Alaska through Northern California and areas east of the cascades. For best results prepare your planting area the same as for other seeds but plant seeds in the fall and be patient as some of these natives take several years to flower and can be sensitive to disruption.

Upland Savannah Mix offers seeds we have collected in the wild in there natural placement here in Oregon through patches of Oak Savannas scattered throughout our area. Collected and propagated to offer you your own unique collection from the wilds of the Northwest while protecting our environment.

Willamette Prairie Mix captures the native forbs and grasses that once covered much of the prairie lands of the northwest's fertile Willamette Valley.

**Northwest Woodland Mix:
Northwest Woodland Mix combines forbs and grasses that can be found throughout a lot of the Conifer forests in the Northwest. They tend to tolerate more shade than the other mixes, but can be found along borders and clearing areas.

Northwest Wild Wetland Mix is a combination of forbs and grasses that are found in areas that have springs or seepage through rock areas but can dry up in the summer time. They can also be found in swampy areas lowland areas and stream borders.
