Wildflower Mixes

Wildflower mixes can be grown through out most of the US. The mixes we offer have mostly annuals and perennials that will provide a low cost ground cover with a broad array of colors. These mixes provide beauty and attract wildlife. Result can vary based on weather, fertility, moisture and planting dates.

Annuals in most areas reseed back the second year but it is recommended to reseed back annually to provide a more balanced showing of color and plants with less weed competition. Planting dates will vary depending on your climate. Bloom time can be extended by watering at the 1st showing of color being careful not to water too much which will produce excess foliage with minimal blooms.

Cascade Kaleidoscope Wildflower Mix:
Cascade Kaleidoscope Mix has it all, providing over 25 species of annuals and perennials. This mix offers a wide range of colors and flowers. It is excellent in areas where you are not sure what will grow or look best.

Short Creek Wildflower Mix:
Short Creek Mix gives you the color without the height using flowers that grow from 6" - 24" which gives you that scattered effect with less height. This provides a more dense cover that can help control weeds once established using annuals. Short Creek Mix Provides a more dense color effect.

Cascade Pocket Poppy Mix offers a wide variety of hardy annual poppies giving you a more color variation when using poppies for color and extending the bloom period. It's hardy enough to be planted in the spring and fall in zones 7 - 10 and it can really extend your color season.

• Excellent for providing color in one area for a longer period of time
