Wildflower, Grass and Native Seeds
The Northwest Native Salt Tolerant Economy Mix is a collection of 3 varieties of native grass seed that can endure soil with a higher-than-normal saline concentration. In areas where other species have died-off because of the saline levels, this mixture may persist and produce an appropriate and long-lasting carpet of ground cover. The species in this mix will establish quickly and augment each other throughout their growth cycle.
On a site of bare and loose soil, that will provide optimal seed-to-soil contact, a broadcast seeding rate of 5 lb./acre may be used. If very little site preparation has been done (i.e. only scratching the surface of the soil and existing vegetation is present), then use the doubled rate of 10 lb./acre.
Ingredients: Hairgrass – Tufted, Bentgrass – Spike, Barley – Meadow
*Note: Ingredients may vary depending on seed availability.

The broadcast rate for seeding is 10 – 12.5 pounds per acre.
